Key responsibilities
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Work with low and high voltage systems
- Use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools
- Maintain safety and NEC code compliance
- Support apprentices and work with construction teams
Requirements

Requirements

- Prepare accurate estimates for commercial electrical projects
- Review plans, specifications, and RFPs for takeoffs and cost breakdowns
- Work with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to clarify scope and pricing
- Manage bid calendars, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Assist with value engineering and project budgeting
- Support project managers during handoff and pre-construction
- Maintain vendor relationships and current material pricing
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial electrical estimating experience
- Strong understanding of NEC and commercial electrical systems
- Proficiency with estimating software such as Accubid, ComEst, or PlanSwift
- Ability to read blueprints, one-lines, and specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and self-driven in a fast-paced environment

- Assist with estimating and pre-construction as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience as a PM or senior foreman
- Ready to advance to the project management level
- Strong understanding of NEC, commercial systems, and construction sequencing
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
