Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 16, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website, online contact forms, estimate-request forms, checklist-request forms, and other online services provided by Salmon Electrical Contractors, referred to in these Terms as “Salmon Electrical Contractors,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By using our website or submitting one of our online forms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose of Our Contact Forms

Our online forms allow customers and prospective customers to:

  • Ask questions about electrical services.

  • Request an estimate or consultation.

  • Request an appointment.

  • Request a checklist, guide, or other informational material.

  • Ask Salmon Electrical Contractors to contact them.

  • Provide information about a property, project, or electrical concern.

Submitting a form does not create a contractor-client relationship, confirm an appointment, guarantee service availability, or obligate Salmon Electrical Contractors to perform any work.

3. Information You Provide

You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete. Information submitted through our forms may include your:

  • Name.

  • Telephone number.

  • Email address.

  • Property or service address.

  • Business or company name.

  • Preferred method of communication.

  • Details about your electrical project or service request.

  • Photographs, documents, or other materials you choose to submit.

You represent that you are authorized to provide the submitted information and that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Estimates, Appointments, and Electrical Services

A website submission is only a request for contact or service. It is not a confirmed appointment, estimate, proposal, or contract.

Appointments are confirmed only after Salmon Electrical Contractors communicates with you and expressly confirms the appointment.

Any estimate provided before an on-site inspection may be preliminary and subject to change after the property, equipment, existing wiring, access conditions, permit requirements, or full scope of work has been evaluated.

Electrical services will be governed by the applicable proposal, estimate, work order, service agreement, or other written agreement issued for the project. If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control for the electrical work covered by that agreement.

5. Emergency Situations

Our website forms are not continuously monitored and must not be used to report an emergency.

Do not wait for an online response when there is an immediate threat involving fire, smoke, sparking equipment, burning odors, electrical shock, downed power lines, or another dangerous condition. Move to a safe location and contact 911, the appropriate utility provider, or other emergency services as appropriate.

6. Permission to Respond to Your Request

By submitting a contact form, you authorize Salmon Electrical Contractors and its representatives to contact you regarding your inquiry using the contact information you provide.

This may include service-related:

  • Telephone calls.

  • Emails.

  • Text messages.

  • Appointment confirmations.

  • Estimate follow-ups.

  • Requested checklists or informational materials.

  • Updates concerning your service request.

This permission allows us to respond to the request you initiated. It does not automatically enroll you in recurring promotional text messages or automated marketing calls unless you separately provide marketing consent.

Message and data rates may apply to text messages depending on your wireless plan.

7. Marketing Communications

When a separate marketing-consent option is offered, you may choose whether to receive promotional emails, calls, or text messages.

Marketing consent is not required to:

  • Submit an inquiry.

  • Request an estimate.

  • Purchase electrical services.

  • Receive a requested checklist or guide.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe option in the email. You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP or by contacting us at 702-263-6635 or [email protected].

After an opt-out request, we may send one confirmation message. We may also continue sending non-promotional communications that are necessary to respond to an active request, administer a current appointment, perform contracted work, or satisfy legal obligations.
